On a recent family hunting trip to Broadus, Montana, youth hunter Paul Z steadied a long-range 315 yard shot with his .270 rifle dropping a 9 point mule deer. Paul was hunting with his dad and uncle, who have supported his ongoing immersion into hunting and trap shooting.

Norco was one of the few clubs in Central MA to put on a Youth Pheasant Hunter Education Program this year, given all the precautions with COVID-19. The program started in early August at the Trap and Skeet range honing the skills needed to harvest a pheasant in the field. …
